Minimum Service Standards
Our minimum service standard is to present the employer with a comprehensive report on the outcome of a hearing within 5 working days of the conclusion of a disciplinary hearing. A unique additional benefit of our service is that we provide a free after-sales service to the employer following the completion of the disciplinary hearing. This may include an explanation of certain issues or decisions, or advice pertaining to certain matters arising from the disciplinary hearing. An electronic copy of the recording of the hearing will also be made available.
We undertake to provide the employer with a comprehensive report on the findings and to make recommendations with regard to the resolution of a grievance within 5-10 working days of receipt of all documentation and interviews held. A free after-sales consultation service is also included during which we will gladly clarify any questions the employer may raise pertaining to the findings and/or recommendations made.
Apart from our pro-forma drafted training material, we will endeavour to adjust our training to client-specific needs. We will consult and liaise with client departments to customise and pre-approve client specific training needs should we be contracted to provide such training. A special benefit of these training sessions is that we also provide a free after-sales service to the attendees of such training interventions for a specific period of time and under agreed circumstances. This entails that employees who attended a specific course are free to contact us for advice while applying the knowledge they had gained in the workplace following our courses.
